Event Description:
Join the Petal Area Chamber of Commerce as we look back to 2021 and recognize the accomplishments of the chamber and several distinguished individuals. Awards will be presented to the Police Officer of the Year, Jeremy Brown, Firefighter of the Year, Casey Johnson, the Bobby Runnels Leadership Award, Dr. Jana Causey, and the Spirit of Petal Business Award, Pinebelt Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center.
Doors open at 6:15. Following the awards program, entertainment will be provided by Derrick Tennant, internationally known comedian, speaker, and closet magician. Derrick Tennant travels the world sharing the story of how he overcame overwhelming obstacles to become the leader is he today.
From SUBWAY, AFLAC, CHICK-FIL-A, SOUTHERN COMPANY to MEDIACOM and the ATLANTIS in the Bahamas, Derrick brings the funny even in a tie!
