WE HAVE HUNGRY VISITORS COMING TO PETAL!
Take advantage of this opportunity to fill your restaurant!
The City of Petal Athletics Department and Petal Sports Association will be hosting several major tournaments this spring and summer which will be bringing players, parents, siblings, relatives and coaches to Petal.
The Petal Area Chamber of Commerce is encouraging our restaurants to participate in “Petal Loves Players”. “Petal Loves Players” offers discounts to baseball and softball players in uniform when they visit with a paying adult. Some examples include:
PLAYERS IN UNIFORM EAT FREE WITH A PAYING ADULT.
PLAYERS IN UNIFORM GET A FREE DESSERT.
PLAYERS IN UNIFORM GET A FREE APPETIZER WITH A MEAL
PLAYERS IN UNIFORM EAT AT ½ PRICE
(Each restaurant determines its own specials)
The chamber will print cards that feature every participating restaurant and will distribute these cards to all of the visiting teams. To help defray the cost of printing, we are asking participating chamber merchants pay a one-time fee of $25 per season. The registration fee for non-members is $35. Email a copy of your logo to Valerie@petalchamber.com.
